# The web console

> What each screen is for, where it lives, and the two keyboard habits worth learning.

![TunePlane dashboard](https://mintcdn.com/starforge/GatXR2rI5-_Vm4_H/images/console/dashboard.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=GatXR2rI5-_Vm4_H\&q=85\&s=0a8b0c8c293f965771f24a3f744adf2a)

Dashboard: cluster GPUs by series, fleet GPU-hours, and the submission heatmap.

The console is where you watch work, compare results and govern the platform. Submitting still
happens from `tp`. Both talk to the same API, so nothing is console-only by accident.

## Workspace

## Assets

| Screen | Path | For |
| - | - | - |
| [Data](https://docs.tuneplane.ai/en/console/data.md) | `/data` | Datasets and Volumes, two tabs of one page |
| [Models](https://docs.tuneplane.ai/en/console/models.md) | `/models` | The registry: versions, promotion, acceptance cards |
| [Deployments](https://docs.tuneplane.ai/en/console/deployments.md) | `/deployments` | Managed serving, revisions, tokens, Reflow |
| [Playground](https://docs.tuneplane.ai/en/console/playground.md) | `/playground` | Chat with a checkpoint, and A/B two of them |

## Evaluation

| - | - | - |
| [Benchmarks](https://docs.tuneplane.ai/en/console/benchmarks.md) | `/benchmarks` | The score matrix across runs and benchmarks |
| [Rubrics](https://docs.tuneplane.ai/en/console/rubrics.md) | `/rubrics` | Written scoring standards, their versions and usage |
| [Environments](https://docs.tuneplane.ai/en/console/environments.md) | `/environments` | Agent environments and what each declares |

## Extensions

| Screen | Path | For |
| - | - | - |
| [Methods](https://docs.tuneplane.ai/en/console/methods.md) | `/methods` | The method catalogue and every tunable parameter |

| [Hugging Face](https://docs.tuneplane.ai/en/console/integrations.md) | `/integrations/hf` | Link your own hub account |

This group starts folded in the sidebar. It is the one set of pages configured once and then
rarely opened.

## Your account

| - | - | - |
| [Profile](https://docs.tuneplane.ai/en/console/profile.md) | `/profile` | Display name, language, password, signed-in devices |

| [Tutorial](https://docs.tuneplane.ai/en/console/tutorial.md) | `/tutorial` | The in-product walkthrough |

## Administration

The **Administration** entry at the bottom of the sidebar **replaces** the sidebar rather than
expanding it. These are the least-visited and fastest-growing pages, so keeping them inline meant
the menu most people use grew because of pages most people never open.

| Screen | Path | Who sees it |
| - | - | - |
| [Users](https://docs.tuneplane.ai/en/console/users.md) | `/admin/users` | Admin |
| [Teams](https://docs.tuneplane.ai/en/console/teams.md) | `/admin/teams` | Admin, commercial edition |
| [Capacity](https://docs.tuneplane.ai/en/console/capacity.md) | `/admin/capacity` | Admin. Fleets, hardware and utilisation |
| [Billing](https://docs.tuneplane.ai/en/console/billing.md) | `/admin/billing` | Admin, commercial edition |
| [Audit](https://docs.tuneplane.ai/en/console/audit.md) | `/admin/audit` | Admin **and auditor** |
| [Tasks](https://docs.tuneplane.ai/en/console/tasks.md) | `/admin/tasks` | Admin. Background worker schedules and history |
| [Settings](https://docs.tuneplane.ai/en/console/settings.md) | `/admin/settings` | Admin |

Audit is the one row with a wider audience, and that is deliberate rather than a typo: an auditor
reaches the audit trail and nothing beside it.

## Two keyboard habits

```text theme={"theme":{"light":"github-light","dark":"github-dark-dimmed"}}
⌘K / Ctrl+K    search jobs, runs, datasets and models
g then j       jobs          g then d    data
g then o       overview      g then n    models
g then p       projects      g then b    benchmarks
g then r       review        g then f    capacity (admin)
g then u       usage
?              show every shortcut
```

Search is usually faster than navigating. The `g` chord only reaches pages your role can see: a
page hidden from the sidebar is not reachable by two keystrokes either.

## A locked card is a feature, not a failure

AI diagnosis, the Playground, Plugins and MCP show a locked card when the deployment restricts
them to administrators. `TUNEPLANE_PREMIUM_PUBLIC=true` opens them to everyone.

Commercial-edition pages behave differently again: they are hidden from everyone **except** an
administrator, who sees the entry and finds a locked page behind it. An administrator is the only
person who can install a licence, so hiding it from them would hide the feature from the one
person able to act. The route stays mounted either way, because a shared link that 404s is worse
than one that explains it needs a licence.
