Deletes the checkpoints and logs an experiment’s runs produced, freeing storage counted against your
quota. Asks for confirmation first; -y skips it.
This removes artifacts, not the experiment. config.yaml and recipe.lock.json stay, so the
experiment can be resubmitted — but any checkpoint you had not exported is gone, and so is the
ability to start a new run with --init-from pointing at it.

export anything worth keeping first.
